In the booth, you’ll find me vibing to J Dilla or Pete Rock beats, practicing Leo Whitefang combos in Guilty Gear Strive, and brainstorming ways to win a pickleball pro tournament—even though I have no experience in tennis or pickleball. I’m just determined to make it happen.
WHAT IS MY FAVORITE TYPE OF MUSIC?
Jazz and Hip-hop. Sometimes house is my favorite depending on the season. In jazz, I’m inspired by Barry Harris, John Coltrane, and Horace Silver. In hip-hop, I admire iconic producers like J Dilla, Pete Rock, Alchemist, 9th Wonder, and Madlib, as well as standout MCs such as Chance the Rapper, Vince Staples, Logic, Tyler the Creator, and Earl Sweatshirt.
